Magdalena and Energy
All humans have an innate ability to heal themselves, an ability largely forgotten and lost during this time in human evolution. People today seek solutions that are outside of themselves and unaware that the advice, guidelines and “fixes” practiced are often temporary, harmful and out of alignment with the human body and nature.
Magdalena has been challenged to optimize her own health and has undergone a wide range of medical treatments in the healthcare system. Despite clinical advice, medications and physical therapy, her physical symptoms persisted and health declined. Feeling helpless in a system that focused on symptom alleviation. Magdalena began to re-examine her beliefs about health, wellness and vitality by listening to what her body was telling her. All her physical symptoms were signs of internal imbalances and blockages that contained information. Magdalena became aware of the root causes of her symptoms and was then able to channel energy to support optimization of her energy body and the alignment of her physical body followed.
Magdalena has learned to heal herself physically, mentally and emotionally, and her abilities have unfolded at a time when they are needed.

Everything is made of energy. All matter, life, planets and the entire universe is energy expressed in different frequencies that manifest into sound, shape and form. We are energy beings that utilize and manipulate energy with our thoughts, words and actions.
High frequency energies are associated with positivity, love, optimal health and light while the lower frequency energies are associated with negativity, illness, anxiety and fear. By understanding these polarities and the power of choice, one can discern and choose alignment with energies that will affect the content of their mind, body and reality experienced more positively. In other words, changing perspective, changes the reality experienced.

Lemurian Quartz Crystal is referred to as a "master crystal" due to its metaphysical properties as a communicator (contains crystal intelligence within) and a healer.
