WHAT I DO
ENERGY that moves WITHIN
In 2016, at a major crossroads in my life, I enrolled in a comprehensive Yoga Instructor course in Encinitas, California. I believed that stepping into a new challenge could serve as a catalyst for deep self-discovery …one that might help me understand why I felt so misaligned in my career, relationships and life as a whole. Before leaving Encinitas, I began to sense a new ENERGY moving within me unlike anything I had ever experienced. This awareness altered the course of my life and marked the beginning of a profound journey into unfamiliar territory: my inner self.
The energy within me began to move my body in mysterious and spontaneous ways. Over time, I learned to listen to it, communicate with it and trust it. I came to understand that this was a loving intelligence … one that was not only facilitating deep physical and emotional healing, but also offering answers many of my questions. My quest for truth … and the desire to understand who I am and why I am here … was fully ignited. This led me into a deep, honest examination of my life: my experiences, beliefs, thoughts, actions, decisions, relationships and career paths.
In seeking answers from within, I’ve come to understand that nothing in my life was random or a mistake. Every experience … no matter how painful or confusing … was part of a divine design for my soul’s evolution and the shaping of who I am today. With this awareness, I now look back on my challenges and so-called failures through a new, expanded perspective .. one grounded in love, gratitude and forgiveness, both for others and for myself. I now know that I hold the power to change, to heal and to consciously create my own reality.
A HEALER
I learned to discern and trust the energy within me … allowing it to move and vocalize organically through my body. By staying open to the unknown, I surrendered to its wisdom. Over time, this energy became not only a source of healing, but a guide that helped expand my awareness, both inwardly and outwardly. Through this unfolding, I discovered my path and how I am destined to serve.
I am a healer … here to support those who are ready to embark on their own self-healing journeys. With deep compassion, presence and intuitive guidance, I assist others in reconnecting to their own inner wisdom and innate power to heal.
