WHAT I DO
ENERGY that moves WITHIN
In 2016 at a major life crossroad, I attended a comprehensive Yoga Instructor course in Encinitas, CA. I believed a new challenge could be the catalyst needed for deep self discovery to help understand why I felt so misaligned in my careers, relationships and life in general. Before departing Encinitas, I began to feel an ENERGY within that I never felt before. This awareness changed the course of my life and marked the beginning of a journey into unknown territory … my INNER SELF.
The internal energy moved my body mysteriously and spontaneously. Over time I learned to use and communicate with the energy, and it proved to be a loving intelligence that was not only helping me heal physically and emotionally but was providing answers to my questions. My quest for truth and understanding WHO I AM and WHY I was here was ignited and I began a deep examination of my life's experiences, beliefs, thoughts, actions, decisions, relationships and careers.
Seeking answers from within, I have learned that nothing I experienced in life was random or a mistake, but rather it was all designed for my soul’s evolution and part of who I have become. With this understanding, I now look back at my life's challenges and failures from a new expanded perspective … one of love, gratitude, forgiveness of others and self. I have the power to change and CREATE my own reality.

I learned to discern and trust the energy within and allow it to move or vocalize organically through me, remaining open to experience the unknown. Over time I learned to use this energy to heal myself and expand my awareness internally and externally. I also discovered how I am destined to serve …
